We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a Neptune suite. This was wonderful! The girls in the lounge were the best as well as our cabin stewards. We loved the option of breakfast in the Pinnacle Grill. Laundry services were much appreciated . I am prone to seasickness and must say no problem at all. We were midship which I think definitely helped. Took meclizine anyway, just wanted to be safe!

Pinnacle Grill was excellent and we even enjoyed Canneletto, which doesn't get the best reviews! Main dining room waiters were excellent but didn't enjoy all food choices. Entertainment was excellent as well!

Embarkation in Vancouver went well but disembarkation was a bit of a mess! Long line but finally added agents which sped things up! Arrived at Canada Place around 10:30 which seemed to be perfect! Took train from YVR with no problems at all, plenty of room for our luggage which had been a concern! Read more
