let me start by saying I love cruising to Boston to Bermuda (this was our 3rd one), but this cruise was not up to par. First of all our cabin steward was no where to be found, finding out later that he had to work one of the restaurants before he could get our bags.

Trying to get drinks by the pool was next to impossible, on our sea days I only saw 3 waiters by the pool, which was surprising because on previous cruises they where in our faces every 5 minutes, but I think because of the UBP (unlimited beverage pkg) they didn't want to push the alcohol. We did not have the UBP.

The bars at night where not staffed correctly, if you didn't get a waiter then you would have to go to the bar and most of the time customers where 3 deep. Read more
