Sail Date: Jul 2015
Cabin: Deluxe Stateroom with Large Window

We are experienced cruisers of 77 Ocean/4 River cruises. Our Suite turned out to be a small one room cabin with A/C that was hard to control. This ship was built in 2001 and will be retired next year. The door locks went out one day and had to be reset for the entire ship.

The food was mediocre and the waiters had 7 tables which far to many to serve with wine.

Service was slow as a result, but I am not blaming the waiters, but Viking for being understaffed. The included tours were all excellent. Their is no fitness as Viking does not believe in fitness rooms or bicycles. Meanwhile we paid top dollar and they under delivered in my opinion.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Stateroom with Large Window

Cabin A

Small, but plenty of storage space. A/C was impossible to regulate and vents in wrong place behind the drapes.
