Living in NJ, very easy to drive to the port and park. Dropped off the bags and my wife, parked and shuttled back to meet my cousins and check in. We are elite plus so shorter lines to check in and traverse security. Very efficient check in. Rooms are not ready until 1pm, but we found are rooms and dropped off some carry on and went to eat a light lunch. The ship is older but well maintained. Our cabins were fine, with larger balconies..those sweet sixteen people talk about..we took guaranteed category and were just lucky to be assgned to them..

It is a long walk to everything (food, etc.) but close to the theater..but you need to walk after the food. The rooms were very quiet. The staff was all very helpful and pleasant. Food was better than other celebrity cruises, but the food always seems to change..It is never awful. I did not experience the limitations others have reported previously.. There was an abundance of fruit, pineapple, watermelon, , melons, etc, readily avaiable. Pizza was good, and they did cut fresh turkey, lamb, pork, etc at luches. They served delicious pork chops off the rack at lunch one day.

The wait staff for this trip was just ok..It all depends on the waiter. Found the maitr d to be non existant, usually they visit every table, maybe they reduced the number, but I remember better service on previous celebrity ships. Bermuda is great, beaches beautiful, the people great..too bad the ships are too big to get into Hamilton and St. Georges..Miss those days, easier to get around the island...Very rough last day at sea, ruining our July 4 festivities onboard..very rocky..But was the only bad day...Leaving the ship was very easy and quick. Grabbed a porter, was placed on a short porters line to go thru customs, and out the door...Very enjoyable trip.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View with Balcony 2C

Cabin 2C

nice cabin, larger balcony. Bathroom fine, beds comfy, seemed like new pillows. Stewards both exellent and accomodating. Cabin was very quiet, near the front elevators.

Port Reviews

Bayonne (Cape Liberty)

easy on and off, parking easy with a shuttle back to the port.
