We are only 5 days into our cruise Let the following events determine if Viking is your cruise line
Day 1 Arrive at designated embarkation point to discover no ship no crew and no advice where the ship is to be found. Eventually discover ship is 4 miles (10 km) away in an obscure industrial berth. Spend Euro 20 on taxi. On arrival no apology and no reimbursement.
