My wife and I have cruised numerous times. Mostly on Norwegian, but also on Royal. The cleanliness on the Norwegian is outstanding and a big reason that my wife prefers them.

Our latest cruise embarked out of Manhattan, destined for Bermuda on June 21st onboard the Breakaway. The crew/staff were as always, very friendly and accommodating. This was the 1st cruise where we took advantage of the UBP (Ultimate Beverage Package). This UBP was allegedly a "free" offering, however the ticket price was inflated accordingly, making it not so free after all, in my estimation. Also, this package is anything but ultimate, as there are additional costs that (because I did not read the fine print), surprised me to say the least. For example:

-if you want bottled water you're going to pay, and its expensive.
