My family & I sailed on the Norwegian jewel in June 2015 for an Alaskan Cruise. It was awesome! The staff on the ship were extremely nice and courteous. The ship was clean and food was good.

We couldn't have asked for better weather in Alaska! It was gorgeous! We took 2 excursions both through NCl, 1 was the whale watching in Juneau which was very good and the other was a train ride in the mountain in Skagway and panning for gold. The train ride was beautiful but the panning for gold was a bit ridiculous, although my family had chuckles over it.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom Family Suite. We enjoy the spaciousness it gives. Our butler was very good, our concierge was good...but we have had better by far on other cruises with NCL and our steward was exceptional!! This was our 4th cruise with NCL.
