We arrived at the port at 11:30, dropped on luggage off at the curb and headed toward check in. There were no lines and check-in was very easy (we did the online registration).

Side note: we booked the cruise through Cruise Value Center. They went out of Business 3 weeks before our cruise. RCI was very helpful. They called us to let us know the cruise was already paid for and if we have any issues we should call them directly. We never got our paper work and when we called, they said it was to late to send the paper documents, but it was not cause any issues. I was concerned about not having luggage tags, but it all worked out well.

We were on board by noon and went straight to windjammers for Lunch. There were no crowds, the buffet was nice and we sat at a table over looking the water. The rooms would not be ready until 1:00pm but we snuck into our cabin early. The rooms were small but nice. There isn't a lot was drawer space, but we tucked all our luggage under the bed and it worked out well. Tip: bring wire hangers - we brought 50 wire hangers with us and hung up as much as we possibly could. We got changed and went straight to the Flow Rider. This was good because there were no lines and they gave a lot of personal training. Note: Be sure to wear a tight bathing suite with a draw string. More people (me included lost their suits the first two days). After loosing my suit I decided to wait to get another bathing suit before trying it again. My Kids loved the flow rider! I checked the cabin at 3:00pm for my luggage and sure enough it was there in front of our door (my in-laws luggage didn't come until 5:00pm). We explored the ship for a short time before getting ready for dinner. We got to dinner at 6:00pm and found our table. It was table 463 on the middle (Mcbeth) floor right up on the railing. This was a great table, as we could see the entire dinning room all the entertainment. Food was OK. I would give it a 7.5 out of 10. Our waiter (Edwardo) and Busboy (Ridel) were both great (8 out of 10). After dinner we explored the ship and went to the first nightly show - the show was a welcome aboard show and was OK - other nights were much better. We had to check out the arcade - my son loved this it was large and had everything he could want to keep him busy for an hour. Note - we did not give my children access to sign for charges. All the games work off your sail and sign card. I had to give them cash to put on their cards for the games. For my card, I was able to use my signing capabilities to add credits. After the game room, we had a long day went to bed. The bedding was very soft, new and Great - Got a very good sleep.
