I am a long time cruiser, this was my 4th trip to Alaska and the worst one of the 4. Here are all the issues that NCL really needs to work on:
1. I booked a last minute trip and checked in the day before but did not receive my eDocs. I called in for help and the rep was really rude. He said something about merging accounts (which I did not create), apparently their systems create a Latitudes profile every time you go through the process of pricing with a travel site?? Completely ridiculous, never had this issue with any other line.
2. This was my second NCL cruise but the cruise line seems to forget that. I did not get my onboard credit advertised on the site or any acknowledgement of being a return cruiser.
