Travelled with two other couples from Vancouver. The flight was long, but we arrived late on the first day and although we were hungry, there was nothing open, so we got room service which as good. Loved the ship, and for the crew was great. We were accommodated with a table for 6 on a regular basis each night in the dining room. Our waiter Ivica was absolutely wonderful and between him and the somalier Matjew, they made our dining experience like none other. These two young men are to be commended for the fun and caring they put into there interaction with the passengers. They are truly one of a kind and Viking is lucky to have such wonderful employees. Without out them, the cruise would have been the same as many others we have taken and been rated average.

We were very happy with some of our port excursions, but some were also very disappointing as there was not much to see or learn.

Our cabin was great, and our steward was wonderful and accommodating for anything we needed or asked for.

Cabin Review

Cabin Deluxe Veranda

Great cabin, nice beds, but TV very poor and movies offered were lacking. We found them to be old, and so out of date that they were not worth watching.
