This was a cruise to celebrate our sister turning 60. I am not a germaphob, but first thing I notice was none of the purell pumps I touched worked. We left and Hour late no announcement as to why. Then customer service people extremely snippy when you asked a question. Buffet area filled with Dirty Dishes. Obviously not staffed very well. Decks were wet no one with a mop or anything to try and dry it up. Buffet food (when it was not closed) was COLD. No announcements as to things happening, Cruise Director Malcolm was amusing the ONE time we saw him at the Spectacular Lounge. He never came on to announce anything you had to depend on your daily paper.

No one coming around Cleaning up the tables, carts, and outside areas with all the dirty dishes so maybe someone else could sit. No one wiping down the bannisters. With all the stories of norovirus and people getting sick I can definitely see why! Crew showed no interest in engaging with passenger. Never saw the Captain or any officers, while on this cruise. I have been on quite a few cruises and never had the experience like the one on this ship. It felt like this was an inconvenience Cruise for the Crew! Parents let kids run rampant throwing Ice at the man playing Guitar and no one to stop or correct them. The one positive thing on this cruise was our room that's It!

This Cruise Line will never see me on it again.
