So much to dislike, I don't know where to start. Embarkation took 2 1/2 hours and then we arrived in our suite to find another passenger's bags and clothes in the wardrobe. My bag could not be located and finally we found it in the held luggage room some 5 hours later. Nobody could tell us why. Our suite had dirty greasy fingerprints over the glass and furniture, so poorly cleaned. The service in the dynamic dining restaurants was poor and after being encouraged to buy bottles of wine on the first night to get the discount, we found out the discount was a paltry $1. Then each night the staff went through the same routine of trying to find our wine, usually after dinner was over and then not even chilled.
The shopping was woeful, no general store so couldn't even buy toothpaste. Everything I chose in the small makeup store was out of stock. However if you wanted to buy cartons of cigarettes and watches there were plenty to choose from.
The ship was disorganized and the access wrist band didn't even work half the time. Staff at times seemed disgruntled at the so called "smart ship"
The cabin was okay. Smaller than the equivalent on Celebrity. The sofa was useless and uncomfortable. The mactress was rock hard and I woke in pain each day. The cabin had dirty greasy finger prints everywhere and I was so sick of looking at them I cleaned them off myself.
The bathroom was quite good with a rain head shower and a separate toilet and sink. Adequate balcony and furniture
