My husband, teenage son, and I cruised on Indy the week of Memorial Day 2015. This was our 3rd Royal Caribbean cruise. This was our 1st cruise out of Port Everglades. We were very impressed with the ease of embarkation. We parked at the port and from the time we parked until we were on-board was probably less than 15 minutes. We were on Deck 10 which was a great location. We loved being close to the upper decks and the Windjammer. Our stateroom attendant, Olga, was absolutely wonderful. We met her the 1st day before the Muster Drill. She came by and introduced herself, gave us her card so we could call her anytime if we needed anything, and asked if we had any requests right then. We asked for ice and we never had to ask for ice again. She filled our ice bucket twice and day and our stateroom was always very clean.

Our Dining experience in the MacBeth Dining Room was a total different story. We were seated at a great table overlooking the balcony at a table for 8. Another couple sat with us at dinner and we had a great time. On night 2, everything changed. The head waiter came to our table and asked our table mates if they had been called about changing tables. They said yes, but that they didn't want to move as they liked their table. They asked if we had been called and we said no. The head waiter was very insistent that we move to accommodate a larger party since only 5 chairs were occupied. So we have to move to a table of 6. When they tell us where we are going, there are 3 ladies at our new table. No one had spoken to these ladies about moving either. This was a totally disaster. The head waiter sent us a bottle of champagne, however, no one at our table likes champagne. Every time we saw the head waiter, he would drop his head or turn around and go the opposite direction if possible. The food itself was just okay. We never had a meal that WOWed us. Food in the Windjammer was just your average buffet food.

Activities seemed very limited from what was offered on previous cruises. No movies were offered in the theater during the week. Movies by the pool were redundant if movies were played at all. The Quest show was the best entertainment we had all week. Leigh and Gordon were absolutely awesome. We will definitely go to see Quest again if we go on another RC cruise.
