We have always been a bit dubious about going on a cruise but deciding that a cruise was the only way to see this part of Alaska we decided to try one. After discussing the cruise with a Norwegian representative at the Birmingham Cruise Show we booked the Seward to Vancouver cruise. We were not disappointed, from the moment we got on the ship we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

First of all the staff of Norwegian Sun must be mentioned. They are all so friendly and helpful. Joanne, Jimmy and Raul you were fantastic but so were many others whose names I don't know.

Our cabin was midship with balcony and had all the facilities you would expect. It was very clean as was the all ship during the entire cruise.

Mid-Ship Balcony

Cabin BA

Plenty of room, always kept very clean by our stewardess. Comfortable bed and great views from our balcony. It would have been nice to have had a couple of complimentary bottles of water in the cabin each day instead of being charged for the bottles that were provided.
