We chose this trip because of the wonderful ports of call. I have been on almost a dozen cruises and this was our first RCI ship. Although the ship was not one of the newer vessels, I enjoyed the smaller size and intimacy the ship offered. The staff was superb. The cruise industry in general seems to be cutting back on the little extras (lobster dinners and chocolate on pillows) and charging for "special meals". The outside entertainers were very good but we were not overly excited about the RCI productions. We arranged for most of our excursions privately, but our trip to Epphasus was through the ship and was excellent. Overall, we would probably choose Royal Caribbean again.
