Embarkation at Tilbury was efficient and well organised.

We had ocean view room on deck 5. Spacious and clean. Plenty of hanging space and hangers. Shower room was a good size with powerful shower. Our cabin guy, Constancio, was excellent. Very thorough and professional, polite and spoke good English.

The understanding of English from some of the front-line staff was poor. Also some basic information on arrival could have been better ie: food was being served on arrival, lifeboat number was on life-jacket as well as on cruise card. This would have saved us from being in the wrong area, but also because staff didn't understand our question, in English!
