Myself, my husband and 14 year old twins were on the cruise. We loved it. We used a car service to take us to NYC from Pennsylvania the day of the cruise. Sailaway was great. It was so nice ot see such popular NYC landmarks as we were sailing away.

We arrived at the pier at 9:30 and boarded the ship at 11:30. We were able to go right to our rooms and drop off our carry ons. After we dropped off our bags, we ate at the buffet. It was not too bad since we were on the ship earlier than most.

We did not eat in any specialty restaurants. We were very happy with the food at Taste and Savor. Lunch and breakfast we ate mostly at the buffet. We ate lunch once at O'Sheehan's and once at Uptown Grill. I would highly recommend the Uptown Grill. The burgers were awesome. We did not eat there until the last sea day. We were a little disappointed we did not eat there sooner. Just a little word of advice. Arrive 15-20 minutes before they open and get in line. By the time they opened at noon, there had to be over 60 people in line.

Cabin Review

Mini-Suite with Large Balcony

Cabin M6

We had a mini suite with a large balcony. There were 4 of us in the room and we had plenty of room. We were just mostly in the room to sleep and get ready. My husband and I hung out on the large balcony quite a bit at night. The balcony was awesome. I could not believe all the room we had. The larger bathroom was nice. It was nice not to have your knees against the sink while you were sitting on the toilet.
