Customer service was the worst I've experienced on any cruise or vacation - cruise employees were not interested in helping us solve issues (see list of issues below).
The food was really, really bad. And only available at select meal times instead of 24/7 as we'd expect. If we missed a meal because we were enjoying ourselves at the port city, then we had to pay for something sub-par at the one bar we could find still serving food.
The pools were drained the first night and closed every night. And there was no hot tub.
Cabin Review
Small, outdated, felt dirty, moldy shower, paid for upgraded room but still had twin beds in L shape that we couldn't move.
Good water pressure in shower.
Port Reviews
Rhodes
We LOVED Rhodes. We had the whole day there, and we rented an ATV to explore multiple beaches. The island was beautiful, and we had great food. This was the only place that the cruise stopped long enough for us to feel like we really got to know the island.
