This was my first time visiting Alaska and it was absolutely amazing!
Embarkation in Seattle went very smooth. It took a total of 10 minutes from the moment we walked into the building the moment we walked onto the boat. Quickest and easiest embarkation I have experienced. Once we were on the boat it probably took about 3 hours before our room was ready. We ate at the Tuscan Grille the first night with a table by the wall of windows and we watched as we sailed away from Seattle while eating our amazing meal.
The ship was clean and did not feel crowded, even though it was a sold out ship! We didn't have to wait in line for much and if we did, it wasn't very long. The food was delicious in both the Main Dining Room and at the buffet, although service in the Main Dining room tended to be a little slow.
Clean and roomy. Larger than I expected with a comfortable (firm) bed. Large T.V. with many movie options. Bathroom was roomy and the shower was nice in that it had the glass walls rather than a curtain. Plenty of storage and closet space for the two of us.
loved this town! Cute and quaint with a lot of shopping to do. Must check out the Alaska Stone Art store on Main street. We met the artist and purchased a beautiful hand carved stone whale and bears from this cute store. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and are reminded every time we look at them of our amazing Alaskan cruise!
Just shopped and walked around the town.
Just shopped and visited Pikes Place Market
