Most staff were rude and you could tell they did not want to be there. few exceptions as there were some all star staff. staff pushed the beverage packages on us every time we ordered a drink. the packages did not suit us so we did not buy them and then staff were dismissive to us on many occasions because we wouldn't. food was mediocre at best. the place was filthy. our room was a slum. the high pressure sales by staff caused me not to relax. then the emails to purchase more and more was harassing. we were threatened that if we don't prepay gratuities that the price will go up. more money grabbing. if not for the amazing shore excursions....

I will never travel with norwegian again!
