This was our 8th cruise and second with our kids. We have split our cruises between Royal Caribbean and Carnival. Our last 2 cruises have been on Carnival. Last year on the Glory and this year on the Valor.

The staff was great! Rolando and Rex in the Washington Dining room were FANTASTIC!! Our cabin steward Joner was equally great. The rest of the staff was friendly.

Carnival needs to revise the endless bubbles soft drink program and put soda machines throughout the ship rather than making us go to the different bars to get refills. The bar tenders do not get a tip from a soft drink refill so they are VERY slow to service those customers.
