Sailed on Norwegian Dawn from Boston-Bermuda 6/5/2015. Rated the cruise subpar based mainly on the cramped stateroom and the problems that we needed to report during our trip. Our room (#4600) was on the lowest level and was a cramped 159 square feet. During the trip we reported 3 separate occasions of the toilet overflowing and flooding the bathroom floor and a 4th report of it not flushing at all. There was also a continuing issue with the sink stopper being literally impossible to pull up after pushing it down to retain water for shaving etc. The room was advertised as having an ocean view which was a laughable porthole that more properly belongs on a submarine. Would definitely recommend viewing the stateroom accommodations on the Norwegian website before booking. We tried to upgrade our room a week before the cruise but the cruise was sold out by then.
Weather going to Bermuda was chilly and overcast but improved after arriving in Bermuda.
We ate in the Venetian and Aqua restaurants for most of our meals. Staff was very accommodating and meals were very good. Shows were very good to excellent.
