Pre cruise- we stayed at the "w" in Times Square . Great Location but noisy . The weather was cold and snowing. Parking is expensive $65/day but we were able to check in before noon. Bathroom was a frosted glass that did not provide privacy in the bathroom.

Saturday- Embarkation was smooth. Passengers were allowed in their rooms at 2:30pm. The ship is very beautiful, are staying in cabin 14510 which is a great location. Had lunch at Cagney's and dinner at the Grand Pacific. Service is excellent in both. There is snow on the decks. Opening show is packed with the comedian and singers. Ray Carr is the cruise director. Over all the ship is beautiful, my only comment is that there not too many open areas in the atrium, perhaps I am missing RCL promenade. No towel animal or mints.

Sunday - day at sea. The sea conditions are rough. This is my first experience with NCL. One issue the on board shops are limited. There are not as many on board activities like RCCL. Food has been great as well as service. I do miss the daily captain reports. But overall the day is very relaxing . Weather is cold and raining. The doors going outside were blocked, passengers can't go outside. We over slept and missed the meet and greet. Spent most of the day in the courtyard which is great, the pool is warm and the setting is exclusive. We had supper in the Magenta Dining room which was very nice. Great towel animal and mints, the bed is one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Monday- Cape Canaveral rented a car from Hertz. Pick up a few personal items . Took the tour at the KSC.
