We had a great time. Staff were all very friendly and helpfull. Buffet was always very busy with regular queues at breakfast time. Main dining room - we had some excellent meals and good entertainment and songs from hector the head waiter. We had quite a few nights of slow service so missed the show. They seem to have no drinks waiters so if you are sat near a large table of big drinkers your meals take too long!

The evening entertainment was a bit lacking and defiantly low budget, at least three karaoke nights, talent show, the voice, strictly come dancing etc.

Even so we had a good cruise and would recommend princess. I just think some people have very high expectations on a cruise you can't expect six star service when you've only paid
