My parents and I recently came home from a 14 night back to back cruise on the Thomson dream, we have cruised twice before on the Thomson Majesty and found this ship to be much better - we had a fabulous holiday.

Arrival at Palma airport was hectic with no Thomson rep showing us where to go so we ended up lost, we eventually found the correct exit and boarded the coach to the ship.

Check-in at the port was quick and easy, once checked in you must tag your luggage with cabin labels provided, the luggage arrived at our cabin with 20 minutes. We were in cabin 6163 an outside plus cabin - overall the cabin was an ok size but too small for 3 adults.

Cabin Review

Cabin outside plus

The cabin was midship so therefore not much noise from ship except some vibration, air conditioning was noisy but adjusted as room was cold.

Safe in the cabin was temperamental however when it broke we informed reception and a crew member was at our door within 5 minutes.

Cleanliness of the cabin was good - my only complaint was that the floor needed a better hoovering as it was full of hair which I did not like. Due to three adults in the room we were short on storage space but our cabin steward Hendra was happy to give us lots of hangers for all our clothes.

Our cabin was cleaned each day and turned down each night, we could not fault cabin service.

The cabin was small for three adults but we managed.
