We frequently cruise to the Carribean, in fact, have cruised so much that am now a "Platinum" member. So, when we decided to travel with family of four North to Alaska thought Princess would be a great option.

Wrong!

First : Room looked clean when first arrived but once started putting clothes away, found previous guests paper bags, half used water bottle, in one of the desk cabinets. Then found previous guest's lipstick on the floor. The bathroom had a strong urine smell. Bed sheets were torn and one of the covers was dirty. Not sure if room was cleaned prior to us moving in.
