I rate the cruise a 2.5 only due to the beautiful viewing of the Hubbard glacier and excellent excursions at Juneau, Skagway, Icy Strait Point, Ketchikan and Vancouver. The food at best was below average. Entertainment was just average. The cabin was below average. The fitness center was above average. They cared more about taking all your money instead of proving quality value. First time I seen watered down tabasco sauce, omelets and drinks. Meatballs that could bounce. Toast that was so hard that the waiter told me to cut the edges off. The last day of our cruise at breakfast they ran out of ham, sausage, bacon and cream cheese. The balcony door that needed Superman to unlock and roll open. Bathroom that had a toilet brush that smelled like human waste. The room attendant cleaned all the rooms with same dirty water and didn't use any sanitizers. The bathroom didn't have any lotion and the water from the facets went from hot to cold while showering. This was my first RC cruise and have done three Disney cruises. What a downgrade this was.
