Booked this cruise months in advance, our very first cruise, all paid in advance, upgraded our cabin to a suite. So excited to be going to get to the docking area with all my paperwork to be told I'm not in their computer. Left standing there for a long time with no one explaining what's going on, just we are working on it. Finally taken over to the priority area but still haven't fixe the problem, by this time I'm in tears and all the excitement of a first cruise and to Hawaii has disappeared. Finally get on ship lead by Butler who drops us at a restaurant whom we never see again for the rest of the day. We go to the drill and again they do not have u on their list and ask us if we are sure we have the right room number, we show them paperwork with our room # and they write us in. This continues throughout the cruise.

5 days later go to make a spa appt. and they still don't have us listed in our room, service in the upgraded dining restaurants was very slow always waiting for different parts of meals to be delivered, while watching multiple staff members standing around. Constantly waiting on Deck 13 bar for someone to serve u no matter how busy they where. Sometimes up to 15 minutes, went to the pool bar to get a coke after an excursion standing at the bar with 3 bartenders no one even acknowledging I was there till I asked if I coul be served. During this trip my room had a butler whom I only saw to drop off a plate of cheese or desserts, and he would be in and out. He never made any of our reservations for the restaurants except one which he was unable to make cause they told him they where full, but I stopped there later cause the sign said they had room and had no trouble getting in. The dining plan was a joke seeing u could only eat at 9:00 pm. No one this trip apologized for the mistake they made for not having us in there computer system. Had no problem taking my money and couldn't even apologize.
