We flew into Ft. Lauderdale from LAX via Delta Airlines. As we all know the flight cost varies depending the time of year and how in advance you buy. It's a matter of researching in advance. We choose to stay at http://www.cambriasuitesfortlauderdale.com/ who offered shuttle service to the Port for $8 a person. The rooms are outstanding and amenities for all travelers. The night cost us in May $110 with all fees and tax. Short ride from airport and port.

The Embarkation is easier than ever. It's alphabetized and in order. The process took less than 15 minutes with a party of 4. We booked Drink Package, Specialty Dinning, Excursions, and Entertainment online. It was really quick!!

Entering the Ship is like a Dream. The attention to detail is amazing. Oasis' curves and lines are breathtaking. The variation of shops, bars, starbucks, excursion center, and dinning options are convenient and friendly. The Balcony/ Boardwalk View 11721 gave us the best of both worlds. Ocean and Aqua Theater Views...WOW! Don't worry, once you close the shutter door...absolute silence!

Boardwalk View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin B2

Best of both worlds.... Ocean and Balcony View. The closer and higher you get to Aqua Theater, the better the View.

Port Reviews

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

Royal Staff is very courteous and efficient. They tend to all your needs and get you on the ship fast. We did most pre-cruise planning, and the staff had our vouchers, drink package, and entertainment tickets ready.

Nassau

The port has improved their methods of transportation and shopping experience. You get a true feel of the Caribbean as soon as you get off the ship. People and vendors are friendly and don't bother you.

St. Maarten

Marigot, French side of the Island is beautiful. Plan on a 30 minute drive. But its well worth the drive. French pastries and good local shopping. Then it was off to Maho Beach for some cold beers, Good Music, Warm Ocean Water, and great photos of planes passing close above you head!!!! A Must
