Arrived back from this cruise on Saturday. There was eight of us altogether and overall it was good. The staff who worked on the bars and restaurants were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. The same can't be said for the others. One female member of staff who worked in the Pandora section in the on board shop was rude, not only to us but to another member of staff, and looked like she did not want to serve us or be there.

Coming home was chaotic. We were posted a sheet with different departure times yet there were no directions once you were off the ship. There wasn't a rep to guide you and, as we had a elderly member of the family who struggled to walk, being told to go in different directions by different staff was not helpful. Why wasn't there a rep present to instruct you were to go?

As for the cruise itself, the locations at which it stopped where not what we expected, most limited things to do such as few shops sightseeing etc and most were business ports. We wouldn't have expected that these places would have been stopped at given it is tourist ship. The excursions were very overpriced so we only went on two, Monaco/Monte Carlo and Barcelona. With the Monaco trip, not enough time was allowed to explore the areas, we only had around one hour in Monte Carlo which was barely enough to look in a small area and get a drink. The trips without a tour guide are much better as in Barcelona we were able to have five hours free time.

Cabin Review

Decent sized cabin. Poor T.V reception and limited channels (even though we didn't remain in the room, it would be nice to have the choice). The shower was small and the curtain rail was faulty so the shower curtain didn't cover all of the shower. As such, the water leaked from whichever side was not covered. Not sure if the double bed was simply two single beds pushed together (I could feel a gap down the middle), and the sheets had staining on them.
