Please check this company out with BBB. I will be as much nicer in telling you about the highlights than what I initially planned. We were told many untruths. Actually most of what we were told wasn't true. I paid for a package that was sold as all inclusive, which the lady said included a dolphin swim. When I went down to make reservations the guy asked for an additional $198 each. Snorkeling was the same way. The all inclusive did not include dinning in the upscale restaurant nor the captains dinner on the ship. Did I mention it didn't include bottled water. You can get a little plastic cup and according to who serves you occasionally ice.

The ship was a total disappointment. Pools were very small and uninviting. I was charged twice for our ride to the resort and told I didn't pay cash at the port. I did. We were charged for disembarking the ship, which they called an excursion. If you dinned at the good restaurant you were charged a $25 fee each for using the restaurant. Drunks slammed doors, yelled, cursed, fought all night, and bled all over the place. Urine on the toilet, dirty tub, and slow, salty help. I expected a wait at customs but all the waiting for your cabin and your room was beyond ridiculous. On the ship going back our comforter had food on it, the pillows had long black hairs on them. The second comforter was dirtier than the first. I'm going to stop now.

I feel bad posting this but if one family saves their time and their wallet, I did the right thing. Please do your homework on this company. I just hope no one else makes my mistake. Oh and I upgraded or so I thought to have a balcony. The ship doesn't have any balconies. If that was the only untruth I could have lived with it.

Cabin Review

Cabin upper deck

I supposedly had upgraded during the initial reservation to a balcony cabin. The ship didn't have any balconies. The cabin other than that was average going to the Bahamas. Coming back it was a different story. The comforter was dirty with food. The pillows had hair on them. I truly believe the bedding was not changed from the last people.

Port Reviews

Palm Beach

I expected lines but they moved pretty quick. Everyone was professional and took care of business. I had no problems with any aspect of the port experience.
