Our family of 6 had to endure the most awful and disorganised cruise that we have ever been on.

I have outlined the issues we encountered point by point below:

- One of the suitcases in our party arrived so late it left 15mins to get changed and get to the most formal restaurant onboard, The Grande. This was just not possible so we were unable to eat in that restaurant that evening.

Cabin Review

The cabins were average. They were creaky and we had repair men in to move a wall fitting over and they did this while we were in the cabin and left holes in the wall.

Beds were comfy.

Restocking in the room was poor.

Port Reviews

Southampton

Embarked at southampton, as one of our party is disabled they helped us through. Lovely efficient staff. Was not straight forward switching the child's card to charge on another room.

Madeira (Funchal)

Great little port, excursions are much cheaper when you buy from the port and not through the ship, also the queues are less when your not in a large group excursion.
