Not impressed we had to pay £15 for the use of the cabin safe (free on P&O) no complimentary biscuits with tea/coffee in cabin, claimed to be waiter service at breakfast first morning we found out it was self service, shop was full of expensive items but no basic necessities. Steam room fee was £15 for 15 minutes no pool or hot tub in sauna, bottled water cost an arm and a leg (take your own), food nothing to write home about, visit to ships doctor incurred a charge of £8.00 for "oxygen saturation"?? Hottest day of the week (Wednesday ) Agidir 32f maintenance decide to empty the adult pool and repaint it. Ships security in port non existant. Wrote to Thomson to air my complaints eventually replied 12 May reporting their customer support had lost my correspondence Sent a second copy of original letter on 20 May . 14 June get another e-mail from Thomson customer support and guess what they have lost my correspondence again. I replied and informed them that I was getting tired of their childish delaying tactics and this matter would be closed.

Seems they are happy to take your money but don't like complaints.

Back to P&O they look after you and answer your complaints.

Cabin Review

The cabin was good although the air conditioning system is not all that good it was clean and the two cabin stewards were excellent they were the only ones who got a tip
