First thing I want to say is the staff and crew were amazing I cannot fault them. We had an inside cabin which was much the same as other inside cabins on other ships. The ship is quite well laid out with lots of mirrors which make it feel light and airy.

We were greeted onto the ship with a glass of champagne. After leaving our hand luggage in our room we tried out the ocean view cafe. The food is OK nice but nothing special. Throughout the cruise we had breakfast and lunch here everyday. It was mostly the same food at breakfast and lunch only varied a little from day to day. The cafe is clean there is a good selection of drinks available all day and night. At times it was really hard to find somewhere to sit. In the evening we dined at 6.15pm everyday in the restaurant. Our table was hard to get to as there were too many tables too close together. The staff were brilliant. The meat was good quality and well cooked. The menu was inventive and you may not get what you thought you would get!

There are 3 pools 2 outside and one inside. They are not big and can get crowded on hot days. The hot tubs were excellent and usually we could find a vacant one.

Port Reviews

Venice

Love Venice it has such a buzz. We walked in and got a boat back. Love the shops in Venice so colourful. We visited St Marks Church on this visit. The palace is also worth a visit.

Split

It was an extremely hot day! Loved walking around this place. Spent most of the time seeking shade. Found some interesting shops lots of local made items. Went back to the ship early because of the heat.

Kotor

Our amazing Captain bought the ship up close only 3 minutes to shore! Not a lot to do in Kotor. The shops are interesting and it is lovely walking round the walled town. There is a dodgy footpath behind the wall up the mountain. Again another hot day.

Dubrovnik

Started early and walked round the walls of the o!d town before it got too hot. It takes about an hour and is worth every penny. Make sure you take a bottle of water with you it gets hot. We did vwant to take the cable car up the mountain but the queue was too long!

Malta (Valletta)

Took the hop on hop off bus. Hopped off at the craft village. We then went to Mdina before going back and exploreing Valletta. We could not find the Church we wanted to visit but enjoyed it anyway.

Naples

Walked into Naples and got the Funicular to the top. We then explored some gardens and went to the very prominent castle. We walked round the walls and looked down on Naples amazing view. Another very hot day.

Koper

A surprisingly lovely place the locals are friendly and speak good English. There was some sort of community thing going on with lots of stalls with local produce to taste. We did visit an old palace but it was a bit disappointing.

Zadar

It was a very hot day. Went in an old church for a small charge. There was a lovely little garden we walked round. The highlight for me was the musical waves near where the bus dropped us off.
