We went on the Thomson Dream with 8 from our family, 4 generations, this was our 5th thomson cruise .

Several Thomsons planes landed at Palma Airport in a short space of time, it was like being at a football match with the crowd, very few Thomson reps at airport, found the coaches by accident, went on a similar Cruise 5 years ago and they seem to be a lot of Thomson reps with lollipops showing you where to go, (cutbacks ).

On embarking was met by staff trying to sell cigarettes, this went on all week. They used to sell them in the shops. Our cards had the wrong names on which was changed. I had ordered flowers due to it being our anniversary, as a surprise for my wife, they were not in our room, when inquiring where they were I was told they were in the wrong cabin, not my problem, but the flowers turned up about an hour later, lost the impact somewhat.

Cabin Review

Cabin outside plus

Our cabin was very spacious and in a great position on the ship, had to pay the extra £42 for that room, the pillowcases were dirty and the sheets were stained, the cabin maid change them when we pointed them out.

The service from the maid was excellent all week.

Port Reviews

Villefranche

a beautiful ports with fantastic backstreets cafes and shops, very hilly, small market on Quayside, there was a trolley train that takes you around the town.
