Prior to this cruise, I would have given RCI 5 stars. So what's changed?
First, the "disclaimer". Our first two cruises were on Voyager of the Seas, in the Caribbean. This cruise is for Jewel of the Seas to Alaska. We have not sailed on other cruise lines but welcome suggestions!
The Bad:
Cabin Review
Interior Stateroom
Typical RC cabin. I appreciate the clothes line in the shower. Nice amount of storage room which was more than adequate for two. LOVE the way I can tip the mirrors on either side of the room vanity to aid in hairstyling. Convenient light switch placement in room but having bathroom switch outside was something I never got use to. Appreciated the reading/night lights on either side of bed.
Room attendant Charmaine Pitts was wonderful.
Constant airflow was uncomfortable and seemed to dry my eyes and sinuses. Hanging a damp t-shirt or other article of clothing in room seemed to relieve symptoms.
