So disappointed expeted a really special cruise. First could take in our stride getting on the ship there is always a delay. Once on the ship no real welcome cabin ok but did not blow our mind. So let's get ready for our first night no real feeling of been on holiday. Expected pre dinner entertainment with choice.

nothing special in restaurant menu very plain no excitement food not to bother with again but we had another go for two more nights never got any better. Waiters in all food areas looked fed up and we got the impression they would have enjoyed the cruise if it had not been for the passengers. We did hear waiters been rude to guessed especially elderly guess they seemed to have little patience with them and the guess were very nice not been rude. Entertainment waste of time during day nothing of interest. Unless you paid. Films ok taken over at days at sea by product selling. Theatre everyone has said it all could not get a seat. If this had been our first cruise we would never

Go on one again. I am so pleased no one I have ever recommended to go on a cruise went on this one. I cannot put into words how disappointed we were. We have had so many lovely cruises and can not believe how p and o have got it so wrong. It will be a long time before I give cruising another go really put off. Feel we have been taken for a ride not a good after taste. We did meet some lovley people the usual suspects you know who you are You made our holiday. Food not good ship lacked any warmth entertainment third class expected excellent service and a clean environment. Also grill on pool deck always cold food made way to in advanced. So all in all a very disappointing experience
