This will now be our last cruise. The novelty has worn off at last. A very clean ship with great staff (if you have 'my time' dining, ask for Randy Johnson for yr waiter; a totally professional & friendly guy who has it all). The stop offs were Labadee, Falmouth, Cayman, Cozumel, all a complete waste of time, no chance to walk round to get to know the people & the area, just a constant barrage of pressure to buy the tourist tat. Will they never learn.

The main gripe, however, is the cynical RC policy of adding cost to everything. Even a free drinks package attracted an 18% service charge. It's like going into a pub, getting a complimentary dring and then being charged a fee to pay the bar staffs wages. An advertised £2000 cruise quickly increases to £3000. I would like to see all the rellevant costs upfront, then i could exercise my right to walk away. 1 lady had some bottles of water taken from her when returning from a shore leave in case RC lost some reveue! RC, please understand that it should be the customers right to decide on the level of gratuity, based on exceptional service & not used to supplement your wage bill. Be straight upfront, customers do not like these business practices.
