This was our 15 cruise and 4th Royal cruise. Having only cruised on the Oasis with Royal before we were a little worried about the size of the ship but there was nothing to be worried about. We usually don't care about the Cruise director but if we could cruise with Mitch Merucci every cruise we would be happy Mitch and Andre's morning show was the highlight of the cruise so entertaining we would watch it over and over very funny. Room Attendant Ricardo was outstanding. This was the friendliest cruise ship staff I have ever been around. We had a little problem with OBC that we could not get the front desk to understand a quick trip to Molly in the future cruise department and all was taken care of. All the shows were good we do not eat in the MDR only specialty restaurants in 28 days on Royal we have eaten in the MDR twice neither was enjoyable loved Chops, Giovanis table , Izumi and the Chefs table.
