We are sisters in our 60s who have travelled throughout Europe and the United States. This was our first cruise and it definitely will not be our last!

We were on the Dawn’s May 22nd cruise from Boston to Bermuda.

Since we live in Massachusetts, our travel to the port involved a car ride from Cape Cod to Boston. Once at the Black Falcon Pier, we encountered an organized process for unloading luggage, parking the car, proceeding through security, checking in and boarding the ship. In less than 30 minutes, we were in our cabin. We will acknowledge that we were in a suite so we had priority boarding, however, we did not see any difference in the level of service provided to us up until the completion of the check in so we feel that even passengers without suites encountered the same level of efficient service.

Family Suite

Cabin SJ

This port-side cabin is located in the forward section of the boat and is easily accessible to elevators. Spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Port Reviews

Boston

Embarkation process was fast. Outstanding experience! Open air parking facility was staffed to efficiently handle the large number of cars arriving for the cruise.
