First time on RCI and probably think twice before sailing with them again. Chose this trip for the itinerary which did turn out to be excellent; Singapore to Tokyo. Paid a little extra for a Grand Suite and was so glad we did. Access to the Concierge Lounge and the ability to speak to the conceirge to assist with information saved the trip. Noticed long queues all day and night for guest services to deal with issues.

The ship itself is nice but the shops are so so. Lack of a "general store" where you can get supplies you have forgotten (like deodrant, hairclips etc) or replace a broken hairbrush or even buy a book, really let this ship down. We previously sailed on the much smaller P&O Pacific Peal and it had far better facilities than Voyager. RCI are more interested in selling you jewellery and Coach handbags.

I agree with most of what 2002Cruiser said in their review. Staff training and lack of information are really evident in all parts of the ship. Even the concierge had trouble finding out what was going on sometimes.

Cabin Review

Grand Suite

Cabin GS

Very nice. Lots of storage. Very comfortable. Situated in good position - one floor down to concierge club, close to forward stairs/lifts. No issues with being a connected cabin. Very quiet. Good size balcony with table, 2 chairs and sun lounge. Mini bar not cold.
