This was my first cruise. It was wonderful. Everything was so well organized and flowed so well. I did not expect to be given such care. This may have been my first cruise, but will not be my last. It was relaxing, fun, and a wonderful way to have a holiday. I had thought I would sit on the deck and read a book, but no time for that because there was so much going on. The entertainment was fantastic. Meals could not have been better. The biggest decision each day was where to eat!
Before leaving home, I was given lots of information so I was well prepared. The shore excursions were very good. I only had one problem - as I getting into a smaller boat to go to shore, the man helping me was too helpful. Because I am 90 I think he was helping too much and pulled my shoulder out of its socket. I had a lot of pain for a few days. I thought of a massage on board, but it is too expensive, so I did have a message when I reached Germany where I spent ten days after the cruise.
Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
Our room was terrific! I was given a disabled room because of my age and there was one left. It was very roomy and we were most comfortable. My daughter traveled with me.
This was a great visit. We decided we would like to come back here and spend a week. It was relaxing and people were very friendly and helpful. It was all on the level so easy for me to walk.
We went on our own because I was a little nervous about the steps I was told about at the beginning of the tour. We went to the top via cable car and what we saw was fantastic. Had a great Greek meal.
We walked around on our own, got lost a few times, and my daughter had her wallet stollen, which was a bad experience. We would have been better to be with a tour! We did stay at a very nice hotel - Gorizid La Valigia - suggested by my travel agent.
