This was our first cruise, not bad.. Room was comfortable and clean thanks to Ray, he was in charge of the housekeeping at Deck 4 room R135. He was always pleasant and very helpful. The food was ok, our formal dinner started with a disaster, they said we didn't have reservations and we had to wait for a table (no good) fortunately they gave us the best waiter Rollind (I am not sure about the spelling) he made up for the waiting, excellent service. The worse of the worse were the bartenders close to the casino, Maryanne, Marcello and Dewar OMG they were rude, I can't believe management haven't fired those employees. Not only they didn't speak good English but, they ignored the passengers, everyone was complaining about the poor service. Overall the cruise was good.
