Our first transatlantic cruise, but not our last. We have enjoyed cruising on Celebrity a number of times and decided to give a transatlantic voyage a try. In spite of the weather we had a very enjoyable trip across the pond. We met some lovely couples, enjoyed delicious food and entertainment along with participating in fun activities. We prefer Aqua class and Blu restaurant with its clean cuisine although you can order delicious escargot and Caesar salad along with other foods, even though it is not on the menu. The Persian Garden and aroma therapy sauna was a most delightful way to while away and relax during the sea days with their Inclimate weather.

Our cabin steward was attentive and polite. Room service timely and the upgraded menu complete with a variety of breakfast selections to suit our tastes. The ance lessons on sea days were fun and informative. Also very crowed. It would be nice if they were held in a more spacious location, but then I suppose we were part of the afternoon entertainment since many cruisers were content watching us over the rails from the upper decks.

We look forward to another transatlantic in the fall and pray that Mother Nature will be kinder with a few more sunny skies.

Cabin Review

AquaClass 2

Cabin was clean and well appointed. Certainly prefer the shower doors on Celebrity compared to shower curtains on other lines. Love the plush robes, they were a nice extra layer for balcony time on this trip.
