I really dislike writing negative reviews-- so 1st the positives:
1- The room was great - we had balcony with unobstructed view. The room was a goos size and we liked having the couch in the room. The bathroom shower was good with doors that closed.
2- Our room stewards were great -- Carmen and Made!

Loved Amsterdam - arrived a day early. Easy to use tram system. Don't miss Anne Frank House. Make sure to get you Museum tickets before you travel. Lines in May were long!
