Cabin: Large Ocean View Stateroom
Alaska is beautiful and therefore we looked at the Radiance as our means to get there. Beyond that we were disappointed with the cruise. This was our 9th RCI cruise and by far the most disappointing.
The staff was very disengaged and seemed merely to be going through the motions.
MDR offerings were mediocre and the Windjammer was terrible (this seems to be the theme with RCI currently). Service in the MDR was excellent as always. The specialty restaurants, Giovanni's ,Chops and Samba were very good.
