This cruise was my 8th and my wife's 4th cruise and our 4th with RCCL. We left our house in Westchester county New York at 11:30am and arrived at the port around 12:15pm. I will start with embarkation from dropping off our bags, we went right on board and up to our room as we opened the door our luggage was right behind us (about 30minutes). The room was clean and ready. We used the Specialty Restaurants 6 out of 10 dinners as the Main Dining Room food was not up to Par. We did our own tours (private tour Bermuda) and used cab service to Orient Beach in St Marten then walked around Front street, in Puerto Rico there wasn't enough time to do anything so we took a cab up to the Forts then we were dropped off in the shopping area. We went to Barramundi as they created the Pina Colada there in 1963 and enjoyed a fantastic Pina Colada. In Labadee we had a cabana and I also did the Dragon Flight Line (FANTASTIC!!) had a lovely day at Barefoot Beach. We tried to make every show that was on the ship except the Comedian (we were still at dinner) and enjoyed them all especially the Ice Show. Luke our cruise director was always around ( we met up with him all over the ship ). My wife and I enjoyed going to the Art exhibits and bought 2 pieces of art for our home. I couldn't do any gambling because the smoke was very bad in the Casino. Chops and Portofino the service was fantastic and we also did a Wine matched dinner in Vintages which was excellent. Chops California Wine match dinner was equally excellent. Our Cabin Steward did everything she could to make our stay very pleasant and the room was always cleaned and well stocked in the bathroom. She went out of her way to decorate our room for our anniversary. Overall our trip was fantastic.

Cabin Review

Grand Suite

Cabin GS

The cabin was very roomy had plenty of room for storage and the bathroom was large enough. The balcony was double wide had 2 chairs and a table and 2 lounge recliners.

Port Reviews

Bayonne (Cape Liberty)

Embarkation was at Cape Liberty New Jersey. we live close enough to the port so we took car service. It was very easy to drop off the luggage and get onto the ship.

King's Wharf

We took a private tour of the island with a blue cab outside from the ship. We went from King's Wharf into Hamilton on to St George had lunch there at Wahoo's Beachfront restaurant (excellent) spent time in each town then returned on the South Road and stopped at a couple Beaches (favorite Hoseshoe Bay Beach) before heading back to the port.

St. Maarten

We took a cab outside of the port with 10 other people to Orient Beach and the driver stayed and waited for 2&1/2 hours. We then went to Front street and walked around and shopped and took a leisurely walk back to the ship drinking a Guavaberry Colada.

San Juan

Went on a cab ride around the city to see the Fort's then got dropped off in the shopping district had a Pina Colada in Barramundi's and walked back to the ship.
