The ship is beautiful lots of things to do we love the activities walking the plank was crazy, mini golf was good thought Bingo for 40.00 was to high played dart and pool...I have been on other cruise lines and I really think Norwegian needs to improve there customer service seemed like most of the worker walked by not looking up or saying anything don't get me wrong not every worker was like that but we just seemed to hit our fair share of the not so happy ones...our room steward wasn't around much we went back to our room about 9:30 or so and our room still was taken care of... Loved O'Sheehan it was great ate there a few time chicken wings and burgers were awesome! Ate at the Italian restaurant and it was terrible three of us had the lobster and fettuccine and the only thing we ate was the lobster after we took the brown sauce off it none of us liked it...my husband had chicken parm and the sauce tasted like ragu...the Brazilian restaurant was great, food was good.. nice salad bar and good sides dishes...three restaurants Savor, Taste and Tropicana all had the exact same menu as the other two restaurant each night....first night we went to Savor and I think the waitress was having a bad night she couldn't even smile when we went back the second night praying we didn't get here again! Getting on and off the ship was crazy there is no one from Norwegian directing people on where to go it was like a herd of cattle and when you are leaving the ship watch out on the incline on the gangplank ..we watch as a women in a walker fall because of the incline and older couple in front of us were having trouble too...when the women fell no one from Norwegian came to help her we got the port security to help. I loved the ship...but services needs to improve...I'm on vacation I don't needed cranky people!
