I will share exactly what I wrote in my Celebrity survey:
My general sense was that, in my mind, Celebrity has lost its brand position as a top tier cruise experience on this ship. Understanding this was an older ship, it still is outdated in many aspects and many items overlooked. Example: TV screen shows our "progress" to Bermuda. There is New York, an arrow indicating where the ship is in transit and does not show Bermuda. Really? I went to the navigation talk. The Navigator's speaking could not be understood (99% US guest and all remarked the same) and the Powerpoint was dismal in content and the VGA resolution screen was unreadable for all but the biggest fonts. If this is the CelebrityLife program, let me off.
The staff, while attempting to be polite, looked tired and worn out. They cared because they had to. On an "at sea" breakfast mealtime in Overview Cafe (Saturday 5/28), 7 tables along the highly preferred back starboard window were not bussed, and the 1 person in the area was moving at a snails pace at his cleaning station. The guests kept busing (or stacking) trays on a single table to make room. It was most unwelcome.
Good size. Dated. Sheets had a tear and so did dust ruffle. Overall happy room.
All went very smoothly here. The process was flawless both in and out. We took an Uber car with no problems. Customs moved very quickly. Traffic flow went well.
King's Wharf was an easy port. The docking was in walking distance and there is plenty of shops and services. Hint, get your ferry pass early. The lines can get long.
