This was only our 4th Celebrity cruise (23 over all lines) so not as familiar with the ship classes. It so happened we had two Celebrity cruises booked, one in January of this year and again this April. Our January cruise was on the Equinox, so the Infinity was a bit of a let down. First of all our balcony cabin, 7200 overlooked the suite cabin awnings below, so our view down the side of the ship (we like to watch the port workers) was blocked. In looking at the ship from port, it appears that most balcony cabins have some sort of obstruction below. I would sail this class again, but in an outside cabin. I have to admit that I did very little research on this cruise, so the cabin issue was my fault. Of course, being a smaller ship, it wasn't as "Grand" as the Equinox, everything on a smaller scale though. The ship does show some wear and tear but it is not abused.

There were many activities offered throughout the day, very few appealed to my husband and me so we read (four books each) and played Dominos and generally amused ourselves. I would also agree with another reviewer that showing a movie in the afternoon on sea days (we had a lot, one more than we expected by missing Puerto Vallarta). I only remember one movie playing which was Birdman, so only one movie with 9 sea days.

The service overall was excellent even with the high sanitary requirements, the wait staff did an excellent job having to deal with it. In talking with one wait staff member in the dining room he said that there were eight people affected by Noro who were at two tables close to each other. About four or five days in no more ice on the Martini Bar, no books in the library, and you literally had to bump into a sanitizing station in order to enter the shopping areas. We took the sanitizing very seriously, two weeks back and my hands are still peeling. Peeling hands is a much better side effect.

Suite awnings on deck six block view, window washing platform docked above balcony (no big deal on that)
